If only there were some of them without this horrendous pickguard.

Still won’t be too congortable to play sitting, but cool haha
Heck yes they are tough to play sitting, I miss the hell out of my old one.

I’ve seen videos where people say “just put the lower wing between your legs” and morph into a shrimp while doing that 😂

And the pickguard. I really hate it haha

Or just stand up and play like a real rockstar.

Not big on Vs myself. I like the esp arrows and bc rich Vs ok.
Nobody ever agrees, but imo those older curved washburn Vs look very cool too.

Yeah this one is great! Why aren’t there more of these?

This thing is nastier than I thought it was gunna be. Trade some of that low end in an LP for mids and clarity on the V. Working for me

V is the only Gibby I don't have that would satisfy my collection.
Covid took the only one I've loved from me. GC shut down the day after I tried it and the day I was going to go get it. It was all black, no pickguard, ebony board. Haven't seen one like it since.

I wonder how the V compares to an SG or Explorer. My Explorer is thicker than my SG, closer to an LP, darker than both. LP seems to have more "clarity" than either, imo. SG seems to be the most early EVH sounding somehow.
Pickups have a huge effect in the SG and Explorer.

Never owned one but I did a set up on one for a guy I know. I liked it a lot.
