Once again.... WHATS COOKING?!

My favorite summer dessert. Fresh watermelon slices...a little salt on top, squeeze a lime on top and let it sit with some fresh basil.

Here are couple random black bean gumbo type soups I've come up with that I make all the time now, especially when it gets colder. Not pretty but super tasty.

Cook it for 475-500 until it crisps the edges. Hit it with the broiler until you like the cheese brownness. Pull it out and let it sit in the pan and finish cooling and the bottom will cook in the pan. Add fresh basil.

Just came off the Weber. Stuffed with lemon slices and basted with a compound lemon butter. ~400 degrees for just over an hour. Super moist. Didn’t take a picture of the homemade dressing. Gawd… I LOVE dressing 😍
