I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed in it, I dig it. I already mentioned to Griff but it’s almost indistinguishable from the Blue Channel/Modern Voicing on my amplifier. Obviously there are differences, but through a power amp I can get them both to sound basically the same. A little...
Really wanted this guitar after seeing it and have been wanting another guitar that didn't require battery swaps. Didn't have any local, so I was hesitant to buy sight unseen, but so far so good.
Need to fix the nut at the high E string and there is a small messy finish part at the neck joint...
I’d say this as well. With the right speakers you can dial in close to either, and it’s got plenty of EQ options. I sold mine for $350 to a guy whose Triple Recto was out of commission and he had no complaints.
I got a Diezel FL 212 and swapped in Redbacks, it is exactly as I hoped. About to offload all the other speakers (keeping the Creamback).

All of Corrosion of Conformity (even Karl Agell when they did a Blind “reunion” tour) except Pepper. Reed Mullin was super cool and I still have one of his signed sticks.
Tobben from Vomitory, Gerry from Tankard (had a fun chat with him and got him to throw up an inside joke sign during his...

I would only go H75 if it’s got the characteristics you want over the V30. Barefaced Audio has the best comparisons of the creambacks vs...
So, I thought the Fane F70 was very adequate, seemed to fit whatever was run through it, nothing sounded unpleasant.
However, for my VHX I think I have settled on a Redback/Creamback (H75) 2x12, it has risen above 2x K100s and only gets better with volume.
I have a hard time believing only a...
Yeah, I have a hard time not using the mid cut after I boost the mids! Really like the way it shapes the sound — I don’t personally like playing overly scooped tones.
My son told me he wanted a guitar, so who was I to deny? Got him a mini strat (admittedly it’s still a bit big for him right now) in his favorite color.
As I teach him (and his little brother who doesn’t want to be left out) and we play together, I needed a new bass, as my jazz bass neck is...
