2024: Your year in gear

Had amp issues early in the year. Had two Twins completely gone through with one getting new power caps, the other getting all new caps throughout plus a loose choke was replaced. Bought tubes for one, had a stash of JJ's for the other. Spent a pretty penny on all that.

Bought two Eminence PF-350's, bought two Force 12's. Blew my last JBL, a K, and sold some blown D's.

Bought a Dimarzio Super Distortion and a Gibson 490r.

Bought an LTD Viper and learned how to rewire stuff.

Bought some new gigging clothes since everything I had was turning into rags.

I think there is more but I spent way too dang much for my budget and can't recall everything. I been trying to move a few items locally plus some acoustics from the wife's collection. Market is moving exceedingly slow even with make offer ads on CL.

I don't feel like digging out pics, but I think this year I purchased a second Warrior guitar, a Von K relic tele, a Chubtone, a Budda Superdrive 80, a Landy Lexxi, and an MGL 50. I haven't played any of the amps lol

It will be paid off in March. I could do it now, but same as cash is the shit..

I dig it. It's only the second ltd/esp I've ever had. My first was a sparrowhawk, which is a fine guitar, but the neck is so thin and narrow it's kinda crampy for chords in the first few frets. I didn't play it much until I slapped a Floyd frx on it and now it's a keeper for shreddy stuff. The royal Shiva has a "Gibson" nut width and is far more comfortable for me, for what I like to do... It's a keeper. The pickups are hot hot hot, so it's a different flavor than the mid output stuff in my les Paul's.
