I might be a Canadian but I can't begrudge a country for looking out for their best interests. The fact that American companies are able to build auto plants right across the border and use my people for cheap labor is both bad for Americans and disgraceful for Canadians - we are not fucking Mexicans in sweaters.

Most of the quarrels we have with each other none of us had anything whatsoever to do with, it’s stupid shit that politicians on both sides foist on us.
When I was still racing motocross, there was a contingent of Canadian riders who would come to Fla for the winter and train all over the southeast in really nice motor homes.
They were a great bunch of guys, they trained hard. A few of them qualified for a few of the Winter Olympics Series races in Fla and Ga. that year. We all got along fine. We would have a few beers around the fire at night camping out at different tracks and poked fun at each other’s countries and laughed our asses off.
Political topics in OT is probably the last thing we should use as a measuring stick for each other’s countries but it happens every day in here. We would all likely have a great time hanging out for an amp fest somewhere.
There might be a couple of bodies to bury before it was over but overall I think it would be fine
