sorry.. I just figured a possible legal mess might cost a little more then the money raised by a raffle. Its a law that most people dont know about. Id rather inform someone not in the know that is down on their luck right now then not say something and watch them face a big legal battle over it.
 
It's understandable though. I mean it would be terrible though if something would happen like that. Best to play it safe with that stuff.
