Dude, what's with the repeated spamming accusations today?
I addressed one already, and here's this one:
Diary quoted a Picasso-spam post from March 6th. That'd be 6 weeks before the spam directive.

To be fair 'though, he has a point. It just happened that the first 2 notifications I received lead to his heads-ups and I obviously hadn't seen the other "infractions" at that point.
