Nice job...without playing through it, your video could have fooled me. Sounds very similar to mine, at least from this vantage point.

Thanks guys, the build was super fun! Can't wait to do another.
 
impressive! very nice! partially glad i could just sit down and read it from start to finish with out having to wait for updates! haha

would love to build one but i kind of want to do a plexi with some HG mods first ...problem being is i wouldn't really know how to do the mods haha

BTW, jealous of the 79 Silverburst! late 70's, best years for Gibsons IMO!

It's tough to decide which one I like more. Some days it's the 84, others the 79. I guess that's why I have both :)
 
if any one is building a slo clone the the jcm-800 is real close the point to point wiring layout online works i built one you can run el34 use the jcm transformers no dc heaters paper in oil tone caps fx loop stone quiet marshall sound with lot of gain the piont to point board is easy to work with and mod the whole thing cost 700 dollers it will never have the slo sound you make your own sound it is a proto tybe the next one will have a voltage sag
