Looks like along with some JMP's there are some 800's in there. That era they definitely were playing with more gain so I wonder if they actually recorded with the 800's. Anybody here can confirm this??
And boy howdy, those are some white socks! Also funny to see Angus sipping coffee or tea and the rest of the boys drankin' beer!
Oh btw the did use 800s on fly on the wall ! For the tour it JMPsAlso funny to see Angus sipping coffee or tea and the rest of the boys drankin' beer!
I don’t think I’ve heard a lead tone as on fire as what Angus had on Fly on the Wall. It has to be juiced by the Schafer or something because there’s no way straight into a non master, or even cranked 800 gets that juicy.Oh btw the did use 800s on fly on the wall ! For the tour it JMPs
Fly on the wall is ferocious with the 800s . Production hurt the album but thst tone ! I’m obsessed with AC/DC tones each album . If wanna talk that I’ll talk your head off lol
So underrated!I don’t think I’ve heard a lead tone as on fire as what Angus had on Fly on the Wall.
Love the rhythm tones that got as well. Fly is a favorite of mine, even with the cavern they put Brian Johnson in when they mixed it.So underrated!
