Am I correct in thinking the G-Major can control the Einstei

's mode mod? It's a stereo jack right? And the G-Major switches between Open/Open, Open/Closed and Closed/Closed, which is 3 options, correct? So in theory with a stereo cable, it should be able to switch between all 3 modes?

When setting it up just keep in mind that the Major controls 4 modes (2 relays either on or off) while you just need 3 - so you need to find out which relay setting does what - and one of them does nothing at all. Keep your toggle on Einstein in the middle !!!

I can agree with that on both counts. Very happy with my Strat purchase and even happier with the Einstein. I literally cannot believe I thought of offing it. Fucking hell, I think some stupid things at times.

I think moments of stupidity come with the territory of "Quest for Tone". I find myself thinking either "Why did I do that?" or "Why didn't I do that?" waaaay to often! Which also seems to cost me money, one way or another too...
