Tin sheet or foil tape?

Hope Depot or Lowes for gutter flashing.

If you want actual foil tape, any guitar/amp supply place should have it.

That's what I use. I bought one roll and have probably shielded at least seven heads with it. Just did it today when another Sour Mash head cab arrived for my JTM45 build.

A Seattle amp tech once told me years ago that he used a rectangular cut-out of mesh from a regular house screen door on a few Marshall heads that he modded, and it worked fine for under-chassis shielding.

How do you cut it?
I have good tin shears but nothing like a cut off brake press

Plain old tin snips. It's very thin and pliable .... and sharp. Just use a t-square and a Sharpie to mark off the section you need. You can use very thin double sided tape or a staple gun to install it.

Don't use shears. You can use a straight edge and a sharp utility knife to score it and snap bend off the excess. Much cleaner than tin shears. This only works with aluminum.
