Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power

Crap, WTF is wrong with me??? Completely forgot about Pantera!!!

Trendkill... still the greatest metal album ever.

Down, NOLA.

Many great alt/grunge records too, but these 2 made me forget about everything else at the time.

Too much to remember, but I'll give it a shot, and will try to keep it to one album per band:

Death- Human
Morbid Angel- Formulas Fatal to the Flesh (tough call between that one and Blessed are the Sick)
Vader- De Profundis
Hate Eternal- Conquering the Throne
Nevermore- Politics of Ecstasy
Megadeth- Rust in Peace
Cannibal Corpse- Bloodthirst
Carcass- Necroticism
Iced Earth- Night of the Stormrider

NOLA is my all time favorite album ever. Doesn't matter what decade, subgenre I have listened to it thousands of times and it never gets old.

I prefer Vulgar to Trendkill. But I got Trendkill for my birthday from my cousin when I was really young (6 or 7). Parents weren't thrilled. Lol. But I loved it.

Savatage- Streets
Savatage - Edge of Thorns
Lynch Mob - Wicked Sensation
Iced Earth - Something Wicked This Way Comes
George Lynch - Sacred Groove
Children of Bodom - Hatebreeder
Metallica - Black Album

I become a dumbass with every post you guys put up. How the F could I forget the Black Album? Good lord. And Megadeth Rust in Peace. I'm losing it. The more I think about it, the more I remember the great albums. Faith No More's Angeldust was a good one too.

Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
System of a Down - SOAD
Megadeth - Rust in Peace

Some awesome stuff, some I haven't thought about in years so cheers for the reminders.

Hmm, maybe it should be a top 20, three is way too hard...

Almost every Dream Theater CD of the 90’s: Images and Words/Awake/A Change of Seasons/Scenes From a Memory
Queensryche: Empire & Promised Land
Kings X: Dogman
Symphony X: Divine Wings of Tragedy
Yngwie Malmsteen: Fire & Ice, the Seventh Sign, Inspiration, Facing the Animal, Alchemy
Tribal Tech: Nomad, Face First
Megadeth: Rust in Peace, Countdown to Extinction, Youthanasia
Fates Warning: Parallels, Inside Out, a Pleasant Shade of Gray
Labyrinth: Return to Heaven Denied

You know what, I can’t keep going... I have to go to BJ’s and I won’t finish this list before they close :D
