some points of advice bro!...you gotta stop downtalking egnater dude....its making you look....inarticulate and somewhat childish.
most of us here know there were some Q&A problems for whatever reasons. Bruce/Nate etc have always been helpful here and over the phone to just about everyone that has posted. i understand your frustration. i went through my own frustration, but you gotta be willing to work through it, take it to a GOOD tech, or just take the fuckin thing to guitar center as is, and hope for a trade in, or sell it outright, "as is" and recoup some bux and move on.
Gotta agree completely with yeti here... at this point, you are the one coming across badly, not Egnater.

You would probably be a lot happier if you just got rid of the amp.

Yeti. You're right, God watches over drunks, babies & Hartley Peavey!! I have a classic 30, keeps on trucking. Replaced all jumpers with 16g.buss. Produced in USA ! I have no faith in foreign produced shit.

60cycle You be as nasty as you want to be!! Had an audition with 2liveCrew.Promoters called them back, not us!!

im not saying to not voice up issues....and again, i KNOW how frustrating this can be....

but, when you take the high road, it just seems (as MUCH AS YOU WANT TO SHOOT OFF at the mouth) that you catch more flies with sugar.............

i wish you lived closer, i'd get it on my bench and look at it for you having dissassembled, reassembled, modded, replaced and fucked with mine for over 2 years now....

part of the problem is with the TM is there isn't a readily available tourmaster schematic anywhere that i can find.

I appreciate all of your help, positions, thoughts and advice, sorry to have offended anyone.
I'll keep everyones opinions in mind.
For the record I tried everything nice way long before it got shitty.
If I appear inarticulate and somewhat childish....Your right, throwing fits and arguing on a computer....yep.
I take it all back.
:boxer:
I do miss the barbarian days of hand to hand combat..... :D

I'll see what I find.
Thanks

as do i my friend...as do i!

just being a concerned compatriot is all...wasn't calling u out...hindsight, i shoulda emailed you or pm'd....

it does suck to have to deal with the issues....we have a forum to voice the frustration, and bruce is here a lot....i know what you went through...ur's is the odd exception that i've seen where they were'nt just willing to help regardless.....

if you sell yours cheap, i may be interested.

Are there any operating "gotchas" with the TM? I know some amps have weird constraints like the foot switch must be plugged in before power-up or it doesn't work. Something like that. If disconnecting/reconnecting the FX loop/send brings everything back to life I'd dig into EXACTLY how the loop works and is wired.

nah. it's a plug and play, pretty much dummy proof amp (proof-im able to use it!). everything works like the labels indicate.
