It seems the inmates are running the asylum. What is it...too much catering to them to keep the peace or what?

prisons are interesting places. To an extent the inmates are in control. I say that because their behavior dictates the operations of the facilities. Plus it is a predatory environment. Everyone is a predator, staff and inmates. Hard to explain to someone who has never stepped foot in one. Also they are not monitered 24/7. you have one officer watching a pod with 150 dudes in it. You can have a 1000 on the rec yard with maybe 3 rec staff. 3-500 in the chow hall with 2 food service staff. you get the picture.

There is some really strange shit going on here gents, is this guy with the black umbrella ANTIFA or Agent provocateurs to encourage looting and rioting. In a small central midwestern city near me the police have been ordered to stand down and allow looting...the Walmart, Target, Best Buy and Kohls have all been hit the last two days by large groups out numbering the police force. If law is not enforced soon this will come to your town or house as they will be emboldened by each and every subsequent act and the looters won't ask if you are democrat or republican as they break into your home and threaten you and your family.

 
Being around law enforcement of all types from top to bottom my entire life. If you throw one rock at a Cop and while engaging in public mayhems then you go down, no tap-out down. They took a Oath NOT to hesitant in the USE of lethal force inline with their public duty. Period, or find some other line of work.
