Now it all makes sense .... Certainly worth waiting for.....
+1

I couldn't understand what they were doing, or more importantly, why. Now I feel better . . . :)

It's still not official and until it is, I have a weird feeling in my belly about it. I love the modular amps and would like to see them move forward. If I were with egnater, I'd contact Salvation And JF to see if they'd be interested in developing future mods.

Does anyone know if the Randall mods are made overseas? It might make sense that if they're no longer going to be in that business, that Egnater is just going to transition that factory/workplace to do their stuff. I just hope that if they do that, they keep doing dual modules and not go back to single channels like the Randalls.

Yes, Randall started making mods in China in '08 or '09, I think.

FWIW, somebody at Randall told me the quality went up and the returns went down. ;)

I still thought my USA modules sounded better, and I never had any problems with any USA modules. :D

I talked to Ian at the show. What he said was that Randall will be phasing out their modular line.
Then after Randall sells off their existing stock, Egnater will do a major modular announcement,

Randall phasing out the MTS line, weird!
They just released the Scott Ian stuff.
Sad if true, what a missed opportunity.....
