The posts are supposed to fit in very very tightly , just take it slow . You don't want any play at all once you get them in . You should not be able to pull them out if you wanted to remove them by hand .
To remove the posts if you ever needed to you would want to use something similar to the below without the nut and bottom piece attached . You would center that see through tube over the Floyd Rose bushing and screw the bottom into the bushing and tighten the top wing nut . It will slowly draw the Floyd bushing out no matter how tight it is . Many just use a PVC tube for this .
If you can pull the Floyd bushing out just by hand force it's too loose.
The below is used to remove knob's on expensive guitars to avoid finish damage.
