I understand that... but how much of the price will it be good for a 1986 or 1985 soloist that command these days ?

Depends on the model, condition....whether it has a Kahler, or a Floyd..etc. I'd say 2K minimum for a vintage USA Jackson Strat, on up to 4-5K for a great condition, rare graphic etc. soloist.
