As for EVH or Kramer I would check Proaudiostar for sales, pitbull audio with BF2024 coupon code, or music store live with MSLBF2024.

Not sure what model you're after, but someone linked this which can only be had through the link as it was an email deal

Fuck, I just went and ordered a white one from that email deal. Was really hard to say no at that price. I actually saw a guy on YT put a pickguard on his which made me realize I could get a Hum/Single PG off eBay and make it look a lot better to me. As long as the neck is comfortable, should be alright.

You were talking about cables, right? I just found out about these dudes from the boomer baja boards, but the products look good and come in several weave color options.
No not instrument cables. I want to use cloth covered cables to wire my rack. I will end up making my own. I know if a site for old school lamp stands and fixtures that sells wire in various designs but it's not black friday cheap.

I must ask. Are the cloth cables an issue of aesthetics, or an issue of a tonal/electronic idea?

Both, the cables are shielded so both. Just n artistic idea.

Peterson StroboClip HDC
4 cans of Deoxit
Strap, strings, picks
Roland UM-ONE MK2

A few other things. Basic bought half my list.

Most interested in the Ibanez PTEQ. Looks like a Mesa 5 band made parametric.

Love my PTEQ, I preordered it as soon as I saw it at NAAM and have had it since late March, I think? Fantastic EQ. Was going to buy the Empress, but I'm glad I waited.

As for what I bought this year:

I got an Avid Mbox Studio from Sweetwater with a perpetual ProTools Studio license - it's been on sale for months at $500 so I didn't really get a deal on it otherwise, but impressions of it are super high so far. I was expecting it to be on the same level as the old Mbox, but this thing is definitely premium and feels more on the level of my old SSL converters. Bonus that it also has 60dB of gain on the line ins, so you can actually use it as an 8 channel interface, without an external pre. It's way bigger than I expected it to be, but that's honestly a good thing, because none of the parts feel undersized and crammed.

I also bought the Helix Native upgrade for my HX Stomp for $50. Been waiting on Black Friday to buy it, since I know it's always half off then. Now I no longer need to do anything but plug my guitar into the Mbox to record. Nice!

I also bought a Fender Switchboard for my pedalboard. My board is mostly MIDI at this point (only 3 pedals aren't, and I'm not super bothered by them just always being on), but I liked that I don't have to only stay with MIDI pedals with it to avoid tap dancing. Programming it is super easy and the screen is way way way better than my old setup. Also, the biggest selling point to me was that it has a footswitch out, so I can control channels on a non-midi amp. I have my board permanently setup on my Iconic 40, so now I don't need room on the board for the channel footswitch - plus I can switch channels and effects all with one button press. Nice!

I did eventually also get a crap ton of IRs from York Audio and Mirror Profiles, along with Cabinetron which is a cool IR loader program. Even with 10 minutes of messing around, I have already created a few IR mixes that sound better than anything I have used stock on my Fractals.
