Anyone Else Here Dig The Recto Green Channel Pushed Mode w/ a Boost??

I was just jamming the green pushed mode earlier and was messing with a few different OD's with it and I was getting some badass tones with it. Stock it can sound a bit like pop punk shit but I don't play that style and I feel like it can get some great classic rock tones. Boosted it sounds like a vintage high gain amp to my ears. Sorry if I'm late to the party on this sudden revelation of mine I've always been a vintage mode on orange ch. 2 and modern on red ch. 3 guy. Never really explored the possibilities of the pushed green channel until now.

i do it with a mini-recto and a mini tube screamer.

I love everything about rectos.....and mark IV's.....so many killer sounds in those amps.

Rectos are so great. Can basically manage to get killer high gain out of any of the channels. Just have to pick the one that suits your mood at the moment.

The Recto has some amazing sounds that I think probably don’t get used very much. Green pushed is one of them.

Also, try the Red Raw mode but treat it as an overdriven clean channel. It will surprise you.
