Anyone have a Furman P-1800 AR voltage regulator?

Seems to be on sale through Amazon at the moment ($633 down from $1k) and looking for some opinions.

A few months ago a thread here convinced me a Black Lion Audio PG-2R was what I wanted, but I've held off due to price. I think this Furman is the competing product? I know the outlet count is different but I currently have a 1U conditioner and don't need more outlets (yet).
 
It's what I use in my main rig, and it's worked great. I run my entire rig (100w tube head, 8u rack, and pedal board) from it. I've had it since 2017 or so.
 
I have one to power a bunch of amps, switcher, fx loop switcher, and pedal board. Hasn't failed me yet!
 
I use one with a variac before it. Why a variac? My wall voltages run from 117-128v. With the variac, I can keep things level at 117v. The Furman typically works in 5v increments, but seldom drops below 125v.
 
Ive had one since 2010. Still running.
