Anyone know where to buy custom footswitches?

I bought a Metaltronix M-1000 from a member here but these amps were never shipped with footswitches. Lee Jackson told me that they are just 3 single switches but I would prefer to have them all in one chassis. He used to sell them apparently but they aren't on his site anymore. I could probably wire one myself but I would prefer to just buy one made if I can. Any ideas?
 
Does your amp have three separate sockets for each switch like the pedal you found??

Thanks for the offer anyway. :) I may be looking for a 5150 Signature switch soon too. Not sure what kind of switch that takes.
 
DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!! Be very careful as he has several sites and you will get screwed. The best guy around is

This guy has hooked me up several times, and can build anything you want. Very affordable, and rugged.

James Britt has had and has many. That's why. He keeps changing them. Buy from Rockblock.
 
I wonder why this guy has decided to scam folks with foot switches of all things. Seems like he would find something a little more lucrative.

I am sorry, but I don't see anything about my initial email that should solicit his response. I run a business and I certainly wouldn't respond to any of my customers like that.
