No doubt. I agree he got a little hung up on the word affordable and I believe I would have handled it differently than he did... but I don't think he was being real pompous or anything like that.

From my experience Doc was thorough and went out of his way to build me a four button latching switch in a smaller enclosure with his standard decal. Each LED is a different color. We worked out the details on it together and it was a great customer experience. He gets tons of retarded emails, mostly because people approach him tainted with the manner in which James conducts business. I wouldn't take offense. Tell him Gary sent you, the guy with the Wizard switch. He'll take care of you.

That's cool Hopefully he builds you what you are looking for. I'm very pleased with mine. Works great. And I thought he was a really good guy to deal with.
