Try putting a NOS RFT tube in the v1 position. That makes a huge difference!

I don't know the history of this deal here, but I thought I'd add my thoughts...

IMO, I think it's poor form and in bad taste for someone to purchase something for cheap, start threads bragging about how cheap they got it, and then post it for sale in the same forums for considerably more. I'm all for capitalism, but it just turns me off in that context.
