Armegeddon

I was in the navy for 20 years. No one cares if the Captain is a nice guy, only that he runs a tight ship.
I've tried to get my tweaker40 repaired since September. Nothing, no response. Just sent an email today to Nate from a link you provided a MONTH ago! They all go unanswered.
Happened to see you were in the house and thought I'd let you know how disappointing your service and support is.
It's enough to make me want to go back to sea. Just not on your ship.
Merry Christmas Bruce.

Sorry for the delayed response (holidays and all). No ghost moving knobs (i think :D ). All kidding aside, in more detail the tone would spike on the treble as well as the bass on the EQ. I would dial it in and it would hold. Next rehearsal I would fire it up and bam the bass would seem like it was maxed when it was on 4 same with the treble which was usually kept on 5 all the while the knobs were not touched.

Bruce.....Not that you want or need my endorsement but I think you are really on to something with Armageddon. Once (when/if) these issues are flushed out, I would take another one in a heartbeat. Happy Holidays and I wish you and the rest of the Egnater crew nothing but the best in 2013!

Daviedog.... Can't help if I don't have information.
Please email me. Thanks

Did email you, on New Year's Day. New year, same story .No reponse. So lets see, Josh,Nate, now you. Any one else on your 'staff' to ignore my complaint about a dead tweaker 40?

This was my experience, as noted -- seemed the vibrations of the cab underneath were causing the knobs (and pots) to move, altering the tone. My biggest problem was with the volume increasing every 2-3 songs. I'd go back to the head and the knob was NOT where I set it.
