always loved well broken in EVs, but in 1x12s for stereo fx rack use or in the boogie 2x12/4x12 halfbacks with black shadow/CL90s tops. specifically with boogie amps which have loads of bass, balancing/energizing the low end eating EV into dancing at not continental shifting volumes.

diming a 2x12 or quad of EVs is Joe/Jake/Zakk very loud concert level madness!

I am SO happy and feel so fortunate I got to see Badlands up close and personal 1989, here in New Jersey. Ray Gillen was a local boy and was pointing and calling people out in the crowd all night. Jakes tone was massive. Ray's voice right up there with the greatest rock singers of any era.
