Dave is a straight forward, no B.S. good dude with great communication to deal with..
My next amp will be made by him again for sure..

I miss it. I'm at an apartment now and I have my K88 but I just loved how that thing could sit right on my desk. :lol: :LOL: So cute and RAW.

PS IF ANYONE IN MY AREA HAS A 2X12 THEY WANNA TRADE FOR MY MESA 4X12 I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER. Serious request. :lol: :LOL:

They are the best sounding amps I've ever tried. Owned so many over the past couple years and this one has always been right be side them. Only amp I kind of liked and would have kept with it would have been a VHT Ultralead but eh, still liked the Baron over that.

Sounds killer to say the least, really pissed off sounding!
 
I have a K88 and a B60. I planned on trying them both and selling one off but I can't bring myself to letting one of them go. I'm letting the other guitarist in our band use one so we have a dual Baron attack going on. Fun for the whole family. He wants to buy one of them but that's not happening for now. And the customer service I just received from Dave is as good as it gets.
 
Want a snott watt pretty badly. Unfortunately it's not that easy to get in EU :(. Will have to move to the US soon :)
 
I've probably said this a few thousand times, but the Baron K2 is the only amp I own that has lasted for more than 2.5 years... I still use it on nearly every metal project I do.
 
Hell yeah Greg. It's the only amp I've stood by for almost 2 years as well! Dave has great service!
 
Well I messed up the volumes and my DAW crashed so here's some clips in MP3 and WAV. You'll need to turn your speakers up because I really screwed up with volume settings as I record in -18db and let the master raise the volumes later.... :(

Settings were the same between both channels.

Here's the settings on my amp

Gain A - Noon
Gain B - Noon
Treble - 2 o clock
Middle - Noon
Bass - 2 o clock
Volume A - Noon
Volume B - Noon

Main differences between A/B. Channel B has 3db more gain on tap so it makes things more compressed and chugs aren't as tight obviously.

So settings are the same between both channels.

Here's the results. If you guys really need me to I'll do this again and make the volumes respectable!
