I can tell you more after 22 Nov gig. We haven't played in a while, although I think you have a point on the bassman A volume. I really have to have both master and pre up on that channel, but I think my channel A on the SL2 seems to be around 10:00 or so for the module master....maybe a bit higher.

I was tipped off on doing this to get the power tubes cooking more!

Doing this only hits the PI tube harder, it wont help with driving the power tubes.

Thanks for clearing that up bro! I thought according to some on the forum, you always want the channel volumes at noon or so to hit the power tubes. I guess that is not true? I'll play around to see if I really sense a difference. For a year I gigged with Bassman with the gain on channel A low and the master pretty high, but had to keep my high gain modules around 9-10:00 am and it seemed OK. Sucks, with this, I still can't get the BB past 9:00 on the volume! I thikn that is why I struggle with the BB.

You guys loving the BB into the Bassman, where do you have your Bassman channel set for gain and channel volume? How does it affect your other modules? Thanks!

I am hoping there is another Egnater clean module that is louder for when I get an E2.
