First thing I gotta say is Brad really has his heart and his business sense in the right place. Brad is a real dude, no bullshit. I hope for everyone involved this deal goes through. My heart goes out to those who sent money in good faith. You guys are at the forefront of Brad's mind. I think with Dave and Rob on board it's the dream team. I can't wait for this to pass and for everyone to be at peace, this has rocked a lot of people I call friends and has really hurt me deeply.

I did try and help Mark out of the goodness of my heart. A lot has transpired since then and I do feel weird about my possible contribution to this debacle. I hope that my kind words for Mark in the past didn't influence anyone to send their money. For anyone who knows me, my business or my business reputation it is impeccable and don't make a practice of associating with unscrupulous business practices. I have owned my own business for the better part of 20 years and work very hard everyday to keep all the plates spinning in a professional and ethical manner. I am a straight shooter through and through. I just hope the people that sent money get it back or get an amp. If I could go back in time I would do things differently but I can't.

I'd love to know why Brad, Dave, Rob or Tonemerchants are being demonized in this; they want to make a buck, sure, but they are also willing to help anyone who has paid for, and not received, an amp.

This is a lot more than most companies who essentially licensed a brand and design would do.

i would be too. except id be getting my money back and also putting him behind bars. if that meant building all of the amplifiers he owes people and then going to prison then so be it. i know for a fact there were ~14 members who didnt receive what they paid for. thats $2800*14 = ~$40,000 gone/disappeared.

if you feel happy having that person's last name sitting on your guitar cabinet then thats all on you.

as for Brad and all of the others involved - i think its too generous for them to be helping cameron get through this. speaks millions on their behalf; regardless of the cash they need to regain from it from an investment standpoint. if i were one of those customers i would not be waiting on the help of brad and 5 other companies involved, i would have stopped bitching long ago and hired a lawyer. that is nothing but the cold hard truth - speaking on which cameron posted "fuck all of you guys, you fucked it all up anyway", including shutting the forum down for good. dude's got alot of balls to say something like that to people he owes money to - he has no-one to blame but himself.

judging by his attitude towards others so far i doubt anyone will get an apology or the pleasure of seeing him rightfully do the time he deserves. i know if i swindled thousands out of others i would be in prison in no time.

enough about money - the problem is not what Brad and the others are doing which i am sure everyone is thankful for and it shows for their names, its the fact cameron has managed to fly by the seat of his pants and got away with this clusterfuck of a problem without proper due consequences.

now, reference the bold letters in the original post. a start would be telling everyone the truth instead of lies about his back, car wrecks, blaming it all on chris, and starting out with an apology. but based on his record i doubt he even has the balls to do that.

I think people are forgetting this is Brad's board and to keep bumping threads especially when they have no money or dog in the fight is not very condusive to getting the amp line (which Brad must have invested capital into) off the ground and ultimately helping people get their amps back or at least working out a solution.

Its all good. I knew going into this it was a volatile situation and I would take some fire (both incoming and friendly) along the way trying to sort it out.

I make no excuses for Mark and his past BS. No excuses for it and it sucked. I do believe their is a underlying reason for it (mental illness) but it doesn't condone any of it and right is right and wrong is wrong.

Bottom line is his amps sound amazing (look for Mark Days post in the coming days after he finally played a ccv saying it is one of the best amps he has ever heard). When we have them available people will hear them and make the call if they want to own one.

I can tell you I will be playing one as will lots of others. If its not your thing no worries. Thanks to most of you for at least keeping my name and reputation separate from Cameron the man. It will all work out for all involved.
