Biasing Herbert w/Bias Rite

I use the eurotubes pro one for Channel 1, and I use the TAD bias probe for the other channels (since I just have it lying around), works wonders. I get a the voltage and current. Only issue is i'm not going to have enough probes for my Herbert when I get it :/
 
This might be a stupid question, but if you blow one tube and the corresponding fuse, will the amp still work and get you through the show?
