Yes, actually. It's called training. I dropped out of high school and joined the U.S. Air Force when I was 17. After basic training and tech school, I worked on F-4E Phantom II fighter jets when I was 17. How? I was trained in aircraft maintenance. I was good at it, too...F-4's were a bitch to work on. The joke was that if you could fix an F-4, you could fix anything. LOL
Today's weapons systems aren't hard to use once you're trained to operate them.
