Bikini Thread - OT Posts & Pics Removed

True, but it's possible in this case that Krull missed the shenanigans and cleanup on aisle 7.

It got me thinking 'though:
I may tweak the title to reflect the fact that the thread needs to stay on-topic lest peeps' enjoyment be ruined.

I retained Krull's initial post 'cause he was expressing his reaction to a bikini post, which is on-topic. The tit-for-tat exchange between you guys, including Krull's pic of the muscle gal in shorts and tank top, was OT and therefore removed.

Sorry if this seems harsh; we're gonna do this bikini thread right, right? :rock:

Well, in-theory you could, but you'd be seen as a prick for ruining the flow and vibe for everyone, as would Krull if he responded that way incessantly.

I read it that he's not a fan of gals with a bit o' muscle. If it was his intention to communicate that, he succeeded and there's therefore no reason to remind everyone of it.

That would be the logical thinking on this IMHO.

I know you were being a bit facetious / tongue-in-cheek with the question, but IMHO it kinda needed to be asked anyway.

Sorry bro', but nobody wants to see pics of babies' faces in a friggin' bikini thread. Let's keep it limited to bikini pics and discussion thereof please... or "thread guidelines" if need be.

If you'd spent as much effort as I already have trying to keep it on-track, I'm sure you'd be just as much of a prick as I obviously am... if I'm reading your response correctly, no?

I mean, is it too much to ask / expect that grown adults have the self-control to stick to bikini pics / discussion thereof in our only bikini thread? Call me naive, but I've hoped not; I'd not have bothered with this otherwise and we'd be left with an absolute shit show that would've been pulled 100% for sure.

However, it isn't a free-for-all, shit where and how you want show. This thread for instance. Read the title. The title alone should've explained why your OT, non-bikini pic was removed, as well as the (by-definition, as stated in the title) poking of another member.

You know what? According to the thread title, I could've simply nuked your post, but nooo, just as I've always done, I tried instead to educate you on what's not-kosher for this thread.

The thread has its own rules. FFS, if I had a dollar for every thread I've seen in the last 25 years that had its own specific set of rules, I'd not have to work here for... hang on... pittance, zero, nada... WTF? What am I even doing here. :dunno: :LOL:
