Paul Gilbert was coming to town a few years ago…
I knew Sheehan lived in Nashville to sent him a DM on IG to ask if he’d be there
No response lol
Went to the show, sat at a table, and what do I know…Sheehan takes the seat next to me 15 minutes later
I tried to keep it cool but I guess one of the guests with him noticed…before the end of the show that guest got Billy to sign the setlist and give it to me for not bugging them during the show lol
Absolute class act and what a player!

Got to see him several times with Vai, on the B3 tour in Buffalo and Mr. Big a couple times including their last show in the US in Buffalo! His Talas and DLR stuff is great too! Always comes across as a humble guy and down to earth.
