Boss SDE-3

Not sure how I understand you set L & R delay times on these. The only option is offset?
 
I've used the SDE-3000D since it came out last year and this has me seriously considering downsizing. With MIDI tempo and the eighth note function I could easily set my favorite EVH-style stereo delay times remotely, and the kill dry would integrate it just as easily into my parallel effects loop.
 
This looks cool to me. I assume it is analog dry through.

I was recently looking at dual delays with modulation and analog dry through, and there are surprisingly few of them.

I'm curious if it's the same chipset. The board inside the SDE-3000x is pretty big.
 
I pre-ordered one and can't wait! I LOVE the SDE-3000, it's my all time favorite delay pedal so this is great 👍

Sounds great on every demo
 
Just imagine the SDE-3 paired with a Soft Focus ❤
 
If I can get the pedal to function as an EVH delay that would be fantastic
 
Yes the larger unit has the EVH presets however I would like to have the EVH tones in a smaller format
 
The board in the SDE-3000EVH is pretty substantial. I doubt they were able to cram all that into the smaller form factor without lowering the quality of the DSP considerably.
