Please correct me if I'm wrong, but your screen grid resistors seem to be rated 1 watt. Thats a bit on the low side if you ask me.

That would be VERY low...
Those socket-mounted 1W resistors are the grid stoppers; the 5W screen Rs are on the turret board.

Thank you! Not bad for $1k total cost.

It has pretty decent gain, but not JCM800 level gain. The circuit wasn't tweaked to get max gain - no Jose mods in this one...
The Post-PI Master helps to deliver overdrive at lower volumes. And of course, the channels can be jumpered to drive both halves of the input preamp tube...
