Cable management for multi-amp setups?

I'd say you'll probably just need to get used to it looking bad behind the shelves.

The best advice I can give you is to use shelving tight enough that you just can't see your cabling.

From the front my setup looks fine and other than the input cables; which I try to hide as much as possible, you do see anything else behind it all.

This is an older pic. I've upgraded to a 12x12 switcher and moved a few things around since then, but it looks relatively the same from the front.

I just leave room to be able to walk behind. I have 8 amps hooked up to the switcher and 2 that I just swap cables in when I want to play them.

This makes me feel a little better about my cabling. Comparatively my cables aren't quite as neat as yours. I didn't leave any room to walk behind and some of my plugs and speaker cables are longer than they need to be. Those flop around on the floor more than others. One thing I really need to do is get everything labeled better. And I do like the way you have the cable snake sleeve thing for the plugs. I need to do that with mine as well.

This is actually a necessity if you're using a KHE or similar amp switcher and fat metal jacks. I was having an issue where the KHE wouldn't swap to certain cabs at all. Turns out if the jacket of the speaker cable jacks touch, they will ground to each other and cause some sort of interference. I wrapped mine in electrical tape and the issue resolved. Wish I color coded them like this, that's clean as heck.
Thanks. This is for my stereo rigs live so I can set up quick and accurate. I snapped some pics of the amps real quick before practice.
