Cable management

TBH I think the Suhr is uglier cause it reminds me of a kit guitar build. Looks like a hungover Ibanez employee cranked it out.

Yeah that doesn't bother me at all, I'd rather have it look "pointy" or like a kit than a herpes infested dong

For those of you with multiple amps/cabs/FX situations, what is your cable management solution for not creating a spaghetti monster and also maintaining flexibility/serviceability?

Without fail I always end up with a spaghetti monster and would love to clean things up as I’m about to redo everything…
I got this from Amazon years ago with the diameter I needed to fit 3 Instrument cables, 1 power cord and 1 or 2 additional cables.

Feed all the cables in there and then I used heat shrink on the ends of the snake to keep the tubing from fraying and coming apart.

I'll put a pic up Thursday when I am at the studio.

For the ends, on the amp side, I just used white labels with black font to write where the 1/4" plugs go into.

On the floor side, because I use a Fractal FX8, I used the coloured replacement nuts from this link that come with matching colour stickers so I can quickly plug the correct 1/4" plugs into the right inputs/outputs.

Hope that helps.

Cheers

That's like... exactly what I did, man!

Woah.

It's like a " short long" or a mullet. business in the front, party mess in the back. That's my setup with my studio gear as well. You move stuff around so much that it stays loose and becomes inter woven like fabric.
