Boy Premier Guitar sucks

Sad thing is that a lot of people follow PG and will think the CCV actually sounds like that. I would have them take it down.

Sounded good to me. You should have asked him if he wanted to turn the knobs.

still sounds way better than what they did to the metro/friedman amp.

It sounded like the interviewer was not paying attention, and misunderstood what Brad meant by "a custom, one up built amp". Because his response was, "......So you do these exclusively on a custom basis?......as if they were still built individually. Maybe I am being to judgmental, but what makes PG think that giving "Charles" a job, of talking and being on camera, was a good idea? Rebecca is the solution

Looks like "Mandingo" made a positive remark in the comments section of the CCV review....

Wow, they really managed to make the ccv sound like total shit in that clip, it almost sounds like severe sag with the volume swells. I would ask them if u could edit in an overdub of one of the many great ccv clips or something. I think that otherwise the amp looked great , hopefully people will realize that it was poor recording and not the way the amp sounds. P.s. -- I cant stand that hipster douche they get to do the interviews.

Just curious about the settings in the PG Video. PG showed closeups of the amp on the right, which wasn't the amp that Mark was playing thru. Were they roughly the same settings?

I noticed that the gain1 and 2 were at roughly 3:00. I can't dial in a good sound with the two gains that high, normally have my gains both around 10:00~11:00 and its still pretty high gain. I assume they have some of the bright switches off in that video?

Jon Levy and Joe Cofee are really cool guys. The vids in past years amp shows sounded peretty darn good. I noticed less equipment this years os ????? I dont think Charles wanted to be in front of the camera. But either way, premeir Guitar has been a big help for dudes with no advertising budget like me. Wonder when mine go up. I felt a little rushed. I also did a pedal vid cause the gut was camera shy.

That heads setting had nothing to do with the amp being played, no clue why the camera guy filmed that head. Those settings were just how we took it out of the box.

The video has been pulled out.

Good looks like they figured out the recording was messed up.

The people have spoken. Too bad they sent the amateurs out for the review.
