Yep, understood Aeroic. I prefer the lower headroom and some breakup......after owning 100 watters over the years I just know I am a 50 watt man. Hehe.....good thing we have choices.

woaahhhhhh man that ROCKS seriously thats one of the greatest rock tones ive heard... and by the way that cab sounds killer, love the one you sold me. I use the 65 watt m75 and love it. How much did the amp cost if you dont mind me asking? And does it have a loop? ive been planning on buying a pt100 after being blown away by one but now that ive heard your jubilee it just kills

I also am 50 watt guy, and love the Mod 50. That being said, I also have an Expression that I love. Ceriatone makes great amps for the money. My next amp will be the 2550. Did you hear the amp prior to Trace modifying it? I would like to know hoe the amp changed and how much Trace charged for the modifications.

Your tone is really great here

Yea, I just not longer have had the need for a 100 watt head and I love how squishy and chewy the Mod 50 is. Thus far, it really is the best amp I have owned.

Interesting. Sounds good, darker than I had expected.

I wonder what the actual Ceria 2555 with standard circuit, caps and transformers sounds like in comparison.

maybe from the clips it seems dark. But it isn't dark. It has a lot of top end on tap. But it isn't rip your head off bright.

That sounds really good and nice playing!

What are playing around 3:07 on the dirty clip. I like it.

Thanks man! That melody at 3:07 is a melody I'm working on for a new instrumental song I've been toying around with. I really dig it...has a cool classical vibe w/ a hint of jazz...but still very me ;)

sounds nice

a little dark, maybe set the camera more in line with the cab for the next clip!

well...i'll record some close mic'ed stuff...to show you it's not dark :) I think it's a bit of Youtube compression / wonkiness ....and the Q3 being a bit off the left. It's definitely a amp that'll cut.

Bias points were stock. So I didn't have to do anything or add it.

I'll use it with the tm412 and tm212 until I get my stoneage cabs.

Aeroic,

Had you played through a Stone Age cab? I used to have one, great service. He even tuned the cab to my liking, meaning he helped me pick the right speakers and I believe he did a few other things? Can't recall. But, honestly I find the Egnater TM212 a bit better. Go figure! Egnater I think really nailed it with that 212.
