A whole gain stage's worth at least.Yeah. The new Marshall stuff sounds pretty good but the Friedman Jose is miles above it.

As the resident Marshall fanboy I agree. I love my Marshalls I have and my old beater 4x12, those aren't going anywhere but I kinda think the company is done.I’m not even interested in anything Marshall is offering. The Friedman Jose and Fortin synergy module stole the show this year. Both should be proud of their designs - they sound sick
I agree and feel like the brand name will be reduced to nothing but MIC flea market amps. It's a shame someone else can't step in and save one of the most influential brands in R&R musicAs the resident Marshall fanboy I agree. They had a chance in my opinion to reset the whole freaking market by bringing in their modded amps at a much better price but I see zero point in buying those at virtually the same price point as the Friedman, or other boutique makers. I mean really what is the point, those guys do Marshall better than Marshall does. Friedman Jose vs. Modded Marshall - is their any competition here? No. And the kicker is Dave and all the guys who build limited numbers know Marshall could put a dent in everything considering they have the manufacturing base to do so if they wanted.
The company is simply not interested in that. They're interests lies in the brand name on whatever they can tack it on too.
