Seller is clearly in the middle of a divorce and trying to show a good faith effort to liquidate assets and then keep them when he can't sell for what his wife's lawyer thinks they're worth.
 
Those transformers look very similar to the ones on my MIC handwired Jet City 2204 . . . that I paid $900 for brand new fwiw

Edit: It looks like a listing typo. $1,490 isn't that bad, and the quality of the chassis/components/wiring certainly look better than mine, so it might not be a bad deal afterall.

Also, his gut shot pic is not the same amp as the other two pics

All of the items on aliexpress start with .com/item/2xxxxx or .com/item/3xxxxx, whereas this one is a 1xxxxx from what I can tell. After testing and inspecting the link; the highlighted address is not the same one that it lands you on. Could possibly be trying to snatch IPs and/or other elements then redirect, generally for doxxing/identifying purposes. Though I wouldn't see how that would be useful here. Generally it's used in one on one or more direct conversations, so the person knows who clicked the link. Not 100% sure, but I would recommend skipping it.

I'm glad you/others noticed too. Sometimes, I get ahead of myself, I guess as we all do. I almost clicked on it yesterday and then the train of thought of JCM800... Aliexpress... new guy. Not at all a slight against Daveyz, and hope they're legit and understanding.
