This guitar taps the magical dimension Page pulled his songs from and harnesses the Stairway to Heaven tone! Everyone knows that the tone is from unlocking a secret musical dimension and aiming the powerful dimensional wavelengths out of your eyes and into the wood of the guitar body.(you must make sure not to let any power absorb into the neck because you will schralp too hard, and you will go supernatural) No custom shop guitar can achieve such worthy tone. In fact, this is true.

I know when I think Charvel, the first name that always comes to mind is Jimmy Page. I know Page had a Custom Shop 36 string Charvel made for live use and ALWAYS pressed the Stairway to Heaven "TONE" button with his violin bow to the delight of the cheering crowds whenever the Mighty Blimb was about to go into Stairway. :ROFLMAO:

Oh man…morons like this give my poor Charvels a bad name.
Cool guitar…I mean, it’s only overpriced by 6K….cmon guys, someone’s got the scratch for this!
😂
Okay, that makes sense.....PM me.....I have 8 thousand (not American) "dollars." I can't actually read the language the bills are printed in, but I am sure they are worth a lot because the people on them are dressed REALLY spiffy and the numbers look just like the ones on U.S. currency. :giggle:

Looks hinkey

I'm thinking it's not the read deal. Maybe a parts guitar?

I can't tell from the pick if it's even legit parts, but I wouldn't be surprised. Nobody intentionally builds a Kahler equipped guitar later. Still, the price is stratospheric. If it's the real-deal possibly half that.

Looks legit. Clean, graphic...in today's market 2500. Maybe 3K since it looks in good shape. The Floyd loaded Vintage Charvels used to be 3K +, now 4-5 depending on condition.
But, there was a pre pro EVH stripes that was on Reverb for a while for 8K. Those are definitely in that huge money category, not a Kahler pointy with a graphic.

Curious what my '84 would bring. It's not graphic, but solid flame maple body w/ Floyd. It came with a vintage trem but had the Floyd retro-added to it sometime early in life (before I owned it). Plays great, sounds great. Also, not selling it regardless of value, just strictly curious.

Depending on the re-route job (i.e. lines coming through the finish; or even part of the old Kahler route visible, I've actually seen this lol) I'd say 4K if it's clean and original(other than the Floyd). Collectors value total originality best; if the Floyd was re done back in the 80s it's original enough.

Mine didn't have a Kahler. It had a vintage trem on it. It looks professional. There's also an extra switch because it had EMG's at one point. Otherwise, pretty good. It's played though, so paint chips. I can post pics sometime. Maybe spring, I'll take the heard outside and shoot some good picks of them.

If this thing was actually EVH owned...that's like +4000 rig-talk points. Buy it!

As for me... I love the fat zebra and the pointy. Love the squared-off fretboard. The kahler is a fuck-no. The $8.5k is a haha, you are stupid.

Old Charvels are cool as fuck. But they are not fucking bitcoin. Get real.

I usually nope out of the Kahlers, but I've always wondered how they really work as hardtails, like the Slayer dudes set them up.

The 'cam' thing that lays against the strings is a vibration-sink.

nope as fuck.
