So about a year ago I went to my friends house who got a herbert and was raving about it- I thought, I have a couple of boogies and they are really great amps so I doubt I will be blown away- so I got to his house plugged in and hit about 3 notes, It was then the world came crushing down on me- Every amp I had ever heard before had suddenly become an ANEMIC PALE BITCH!!!!!!
I turned to my friend and said "thanks fucker you just cost me $4500."
Now I have my Herbert, running stereo with my road king and think the 4500 was a small price to pay!
Get one!- it will save your sanity

Anyway - I've got my Canadian distributor coming back to me with his best price. FACK!!!! I hate when this happens.

Today at practice I wasn´t loud, but everywhere was that great killer sound of the Herbert !!!

Wow....I got a full stack too that I am going to be pushing with the Herbert!
Nothing is better than feeling the FULL STACK blowing everything around the room that gets in its way!

Cant freaking wait!!!

any time i try to use a herbert with a full stack everyone looks at me like get real....so loud even low

Finally got a cab to use temporarily (it isn't the best for the Herbert but gets the job done, and works amazing with CH 1 and CH 2....CH 3 it just works ok.) Anyways, this is my first time really playing it for more than a few minutes...and man ! I have never heard such huge tone in my life....CH 2 + is unbelievable..... so many tones in that one channel with both the +/- and the midcut. So much bottom end and delivers a huge The amp is so unbelievably dynamic, even with my cheapo POS guitar the volume know changes how the amp sound so much. I was dialing in tones from SRV to AC/DC to AIC to Mastodon. Plus, the Herbie is loud enough to piss of my hypocritical neighbors! I can only imagine when I get it hooked up with V30s and a new axe... All hail the Herbert!

Its the real deal! I fought it for a year or so. Just do it, then get a vh4.....

That said, there I times I prefer my Mesa's and always will. I've been playing them for 10 years, and can't go on without them, but.... The diezel is fantasitc! Its dryer, however I've come to appreciate the "dryness" of the tone.
