DBZ Diamond Guitars, any good?

So I know it's a Dean Zelinsky brand, but I have never played one, so I was just wondering if anyone has any comments on fit and finish etc of any DBZ Diamond. I just saw the new Hailfire Spalted Maple and I have to have one, but if it's a shit product, I'll try to make a similar looking Firebird somehow. It just seems like what you get for 850 is a killer deal, almost too good to be true, so I'm skeptical. Any thoughts?

My friend has two DMZ guitars and they sound great. The neck is fast and guitars feel very well-built. I do not know which models they are they look like super strat with the higher-end finish.

All I know there is much better guitars to spend 850 bucks on.

If I were you and you just have to have the shape buy one used on Ebay for a few hundred cheaper so that way if you dont like it then you can just resell at minimum loss.

I personally own a DBZ Bolero. Nice guitar fast neck. Nice balance. Beautiful finish. I changed bridge pickup to a Gibson 500 T. Recorded killer in B in the studio.
