Any old Demolition Hammer fans out there? Saw them last night at Reggie's in Chicago and they fucking tore that place apart. I expected them to kill, but they far exceeded my already high expectations. They had a RIPPING guitar tone and they could not have possibly been cooler guys to talk to. If you dig them and get the chance to see them, do not miss it, they were VICIOUS.

what was in the gear package??
Pretty sure they were playing gear from the opening bands. Both Marshall half stacks. Reilly through a JCM800 that sounded boosted with that Marshall midrange and gritty high end. Sounded great. Sykes was playing the Marshall from the previous band, Aftermath, and this amp was on fucking fire. Looked like an SLP and I'm thinking it was heavily modded because it sounded vicious. It sounded great when Aftermath played. Had a little bit of an S.O.D./ Anthrax "Among the Living" thing going on. Sykes was hitting it with an Ibanez OD and set it up a little darker, and it was brutal. I heard that amp dialed in two different ways and both DESTROYED. This was one killer of a Marshall for sure. Guitars were ESP and a Jackson Soloist.
