Einstein II. Same setup as Einstein, but all 4 sounds on channel 1 footswitchable. Channel 2 the same. VH4 channel 3 added.

Ext. bias controls(I know this isn't possible anymore, just sayin )
Adjustable from 100 to 50 or 10 watts for recording or lower volume practice/jamming



That or a sweet preamp/power amp!

A reply I gave in another thread gave me this idea... if you could take any features from ALL the Diezel heads and combine them, what would they be? The only rule is it has to be realistic, and 3 channels... I'll good first...

The Verbert

Channel 1 would be the Herbert's clean but with an added gain knob and bright switch...

Channel 2 would be VH-4's channel 3

Channel 3 would be Herbert's channel 3

The amp would have the mid cut option (my god can you imagine VH-4's channel 3 with a bit of mid cut with the level real low?!)

It would have a second master volume and also have the channel inserts from the VH-4, but the switchable loop would be series instead of parallel...

The front grille would be polished aluminum, and the Diezel logo's colors would be reversed, meaning mostly black with white accents...

That would literally by my dream amp

I'd also go with this configuration, although I guess I would also like a fourth channel with a crunch tone. I don't need crunchy tones that often, but I wouldn't wanna use a stompbox for that, since I wanna keep the setup as simple as possible. Also maybe the midcut thingy could be nice, but it should be switchable via midi for full control. And also a midiswitchable SERIAL loop would be nice

Anyway, I love my VH4 and can do very well with it

I Love my Herbert but my dream diezel would be just one bad ass channel based on herbert's 2nd channel with a footswitchable +/- and a footswitchable mid cut/boost. Deep and Presence 100/50w.

I think a VH4 Chassis...with a Herbert inside would be pretty killer.

Is there anyway to mod the Herbert so the + and - are footswitchable?
