Interesting to see the Herbert being less expensive than the VH4 now...

Herbert was always a bit less than the VH4 too my knowledge and the VH4s was/is the flagship.

At least here in Germany the Herbert was always about 3000€ and VH4 2800€

The new prices on the cabs is not out of line in anyway.

Consider that the previous Diezel 4x12's were made here in the states thru Salwender and our now being made in Germany , so the costs for shipping/Customs /etc is going to be more along with the new construction, new speakers etc.

I have 2 Cornford 4x12 cabs that come straight from England and they our about the same cost ,and I really love them .When you consider where they are coming from these prices our fair , although you just have to decide for yourself .

However , in this failing economy the cost for one of the new 4x12 Diezel's maybe hard for some to be able to afford , but I'm sure that they are worth every penny , and as the economy strenthens , and word gets out about how Killer these new cabs sound ! I'm sure Terry will have a hard time with demand .

heres a tip

have kerry wright build your cab to spec

then load em with your favorite speaker.

total cost will clock in less than the new diezel speakers.

btw kerry wright build the most bad ass cabs

i have owned quite a few cabs and his are my favorite.

Thanks for the tip but that is not going to ever happen. Diezel makes Diezel thus we are ensured of the quality and integrity of our products.

Gotta ask one more time now that Terry is running things....

For those of us that have lifetime warranties, how do we register our amps as it says to do in the manual?

Is there a site or a mail-in card or do we just need to have access to our receipt should we need service?

I for one would like to be officially registered.

Really? That's news to me, but I guess you should know of all people. :)

It's (the VH4) always been around 200.- Euros less than the Herbert over here...

last year, for a few month, thomann offered also Herbert for lesser than the VH4 (2700,- vs. 2800,-). but they switched to "normal" back again.
