Diezel VH4S (2003) Hum/Crackling Noise

Hi all. I have an amazing Diezel VH4S about which I need some advice... I just took it out of storage and noticed this hum. You can hear it when the amp is still on stand by. When switching to run the hum sound comes through the speaker where I also hear a crackling noise. Please refer to the video for more details.



My question would be... Is this a (potential) problem or just normal noise which I've forgotten about? Also if it is an issue, what could cause this? Is it something I could fix by myself or should I take it to an amp tech?

They are about 7 or 8 years old if I'm not mistaken. Not sure how to test them though, apart from the chopstick method. Do you have any tips? And is this noise indicative of any danger to my amp? In other words, should I stop playing it for the time being?
 
I'm not an amp tech, but I would try the chopstick method and try to put only one pair of tubes on the poweramp.

If the noise continues, the best would be to visit an amp doctor.
