Top three at the moment are a Fender Super Sonic 60 head (newer one), Mesa Express 5:50 Plus and a Tourmaster head (original or HG).
The only thing NOT putting the Tourmaster HG in the overwhelming lead is the concern over support.

Because the reasoning is this is not the first rodeo on the lack of customer support from them, or so I have read a few times.emreyazgin":bczw4r4a said:chumbucket":bczw4r4a said:You should have taken a look at their forum here before buying an amp.

There are a couple of factors in the o.p. that help me to understand why CS would be a little harder to obtain in that situation, regardless of the company involved. I don't have an opinion beyond that.
Hope you get it worked out. FWIW: I talked to an amp tech who has worked on a couple of my amps, he said there isn't anything terribly unique about Egnater amps from the standpoint of servicing them. I don't know, I'll have to take his word for it. But this tells me you can probably get the amp fixed. It's getting it under warranty that is probably the issue here.
