Egnater Customer Service?

Just realised I never gave an update for this - I got a reply back from Hans who advised the bulb problem shouldn't affect any other aspect of the amp and said I could send it back to Egnater to have it fixed. However, since I live in the UK it wasn't really sensible to send it back.

When I get around to it I'll try cleaning the socket with some switch cleaner.
