It's a great cab. You will not be disappointed. I have come to the conclusion that I just like bigger cabs and in particular I like cabs that are built in the construction style that Marshall uses. I like the fat lipped front end and the way the front baffle is tucked in behind that fat front lip. I think it adds a certain low end that I like. They are warmer to me. If I did not have my beloved Mojo 2X12 diagonal cab I would probably not really know the difference and would love it just as much as anything else. Before I used it I had an old Marshall 1936 2X12 that I really liked a lot. It fell apart! :scared: The Mojo/Marshall style just has a certain low end womp that I like. The Egg cabs are awesome just different than what my personal taste tends to lean towards. I am looking at selling the Egnater if anyone needs one. It's empty. I really want Eric's Mojo oversize 1X12 with the black & tan tolex BAD! It makes sense that you like the Egnater 2X12 Eric, because you lean towards tighter and punchier sounds. That's exactly what I hear in the Egnater cab. You've heard my stuff E, I like sludgy, gooey, loose & wooly tones. That Mojo just sounds like me.

Hate to tell ya man...but I just sold the Mojo 1x12 this week. Yeah I hear ya man. The 4x10 is a good happy medium. It's not as precise as my TM212s w/ CL80 / K100s..It has some give to it...reminds me of a better sounding Fender Super Reverb 4x10...The Eggie 4x10 has a G12-65 feel on the speakers...but without the massive low end. Punchy ..yet warm...yet wooly. Just like a 4x10 should be!!

I know the Eggie 4x12 w/ Scumback M75s will be more wooly..and a bit looser...which will be really cool. I'll have the bases covered! :)

me too..it's been around 5-6 weeks I've been waiting for the quad to get shipped. I'll provide clippage for sure!! :) I can't wait to get my mod100 back too...4x12 w/ M75s and my Mod100 is gonna KILL! :)

Eric

I'm telling you Eric, I bet that 412 with Scumbacks will kill man.

I just picked up a M75 65 watter to try in my 112.

I was also curious to maybe try it in my upcoming 212 with an 80......you think the 80 would over power the M75? I'm thinking it might................

+10000 there! I'm glad my speaker swapping days in the TM212 are over for sure!

Yeah, that's what I remember you guys saying. Plus just looking at the back in the picture.....holy cow with all those screws!

I figure I'll try the scummy with the 80, then UBs 75 with the 80 if he can dig it up and sell it to me!!

I have 1 16 Ohm T75 left too. Let me know if you need one....as I have one for sale! :) I also have a Scumback M75-LHDC for sale if you are interested. And a couple Webers.

My RM50 sounded great through my Marshall 410 cab. The Mod50 does as well.
